We perform thorough and strict testing on our product range. All the tests and checks are conducted in our modern and well equipped testing laboratory, which plays a significant role in our quality control process. The quality testing is done as per ASTM Standards and assures total value to our customers. It covers detailed monitoring of the technical specifications for both the raw materials and the finished products at different stages. Further, we have arrangements for third party inspection that is conducted as per the requirement of the clients. Independent testing laboratories such as Intertek Caleb Brett, SGS and others are assigned for this purpose.
Infrastructure
We have set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that enables swift and bulk production of Automotive Lubricants, Engine Lubricants and Greases. It is well equipped with the latest technology machines and equipment that are operated and maintained by our skilled and trained workers. The different processes in the facility have been streamlined in order to gain work efficiency and time effectiveness. Each stage is thoroughly monitored by our factory managers who are responsible for supervising the upkeep of machinery. Our capacious warehouse has been segmented as per the product categories to allow easy storage and retrieval of products. All the warehouse operations are handled by a team of warehouse experts.
Research & Development
We have provided for an in-house R&D facility that is headed by highly qualified and experienced research professionals. The research work is directed towards minimizing the overall production cost. Packaging Facility
We employ a wide variety of packaging measures to pack our industrial & automotive lubricants, oils and greases. For this purpose, different packaging machines have been installed in our unit, viz. filling machine, sealing machine, strapping machine, etc. The material used for packaging are procured from reliable vendors who are known for the quality of their packing material. The product ingredients, manufacturing and expiry dates and other specifications are clearly mentioned on the package. We offer packaging options such as MS or Plastic containers, Containers- HDPE & Pouches, MS Barrels/Plastic barrels, etc.
